Detect and capture security incidents according to company protocol. Monitor potential employee crimes suspicions. Partner with stakeholders to address concerns. Prepare incident reports, accident reports and investigate reports according to company guidelines. Assist and support the Security manager in the preparation of internal and external reports. Assist and support the Security manager with assigned projects. Assist management in the investigation of policy and procedure violations. Assist and support with audits by internal and external bodies/parties (ISO audits, Authority audits, etc). Assist operational personnel with incident investigation; provide advice, support and guidance on legal framework. Ensure that learning points are fed into safety/security committees for continued improvement of policy, standards etc. Communicate and support all initiatives surrounding shortage reduction including, but not limited to audits, inventory counts etc. Support local managers in contact with relevant regulatory authorities (e.g., HSE, Local Authority, Law Enforcement Agencies, etc.) during inspections, audits, and in response to complaints and queries. Provide feedback on security risks and advise on possible solutions and remedial actions. Promote secure team working and development across all company activities to achieve business objectives and improve performance. Offer recommendations and solutions to potential loss/security concerns. Ensure confidentiality regarding investigations and outcomes. Participate in special projects/events as assigned. Respond to alarm calls as needed to resolve issues. Develop, review, and coordinate implementation of Operational resilience policy. Identify main assets based on Business Impact Analysis results.
