Experteer Overview
In this role you lead Holidu’s South Tyrol sales and account management team to accelerate host acquisition and portfolio growth. You will coach a small, high‑performing team, drive strategic relationships with key accounts, and strengthen the Holidu brand in the region. You’ll partner with the Head of Sales & Account Management to refine processes, share learnings, and implement best practices. You’ll regularly visit customers and stakeholders to shape regional success in a fast‑growing, cross‑functional environment.

Responsabilità
- Proven track record in sales and/or account management with target attainment
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and motivational abilities
- Analytical and data‑driven mindset for ongoing optimization
- Hungry, humble personality with ambitious target setting
- Experience in recruiting and managing talent is a plus
- Experience in fast‑growing, ecommerce, tech, and/or travel companies is a plus
- Near‑native German and fluent English skills
- Backpack of strong communication and negotiation skills
