Ph3IT Specialist – Venice, Italy /h3 pAcquera Yachting Venezia /p pSalary: EUR 30,000 - 40,000 /p pAs an IT Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for technical support and the management of the Acquera Group’s IT systems, ensuring business continuity, data security, and system efficiency. You will also collaborate on digital transformation projects and the adoption of innovative, standardized, and efficient IT solutions, contributing to process improvement and resource optimization within an international environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide advanced technical support for PCs, printers, mobile devices, and other company peripherals, ensuring efficiency and business continuity. /li liManage remote interventions via RDP tools, ensuring quick resolutions and proactive user support. /li liContribute to the design and implementation of digital transformation projects, from management systems to cybersecurity initiatives, improving IT processes and infrastructure. /li liInstall, configure, and update software, manage security patches, and optimize system reliability. /li liManage tickets and document operational procedures, developing guides and FAQs to support user autonomy and improve IT team efficiency. /li liCoordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including the creation and deactivation of accounts and devices, ensuring security and compliance with company policies. /li liDiagnose and proactively resolve hardware and software issues, with a focus on prevention and continuous improvement. /li liCollaborate with users to understand their needs and challenges, proposing fast, effective, and innovative solutions. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li1–2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles. /li liGood knowledge of computer networks and basic configuration and management activities. /li liKnowledge and experience with major operating systems (Microsoft, iOS, and Linux). /li liBasic skills in Active Directory (account creation, group management, password resets, GPO). /li liFundamental networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, network sharing). /li liBasic knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI) is considered a plus. /li liExcellent command of English, both written and spoken. /li liInitiative and a proactive approach. /li liStrong problem-solving skills. /li liFlexibility in working hours. /li /ul h3How to apply /h3 pSend your CV and a cover letter to /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
