During the program you will rotate through roles and activities that develop leadership, project management and technical skills. /p ul li18 months as Account Manager or HS Representative to gain hands-on experience and deepen insight into our customers, products, services and software. /li li9 months as Field Engineer, working with customers, sales teams, contractors and designers to educate stakeholders on Hilti products and secure their specification in designs. /li li3 months on a regional strategic project in Engineering Marketing, Engineering Competence Center or PMO to gain an international perspective. /li /ul pWe place great importance on professional development: 80% of management positions are filled internally, creating a wide range of career opportunities. /p h3What you need /h3 pWe’d love to hear from you if: /p ul liYou hold a master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Building) /li liYou are fluent in English and Italian /li liYou have spent a maximum of 2 years in a professional environment /li liYou are a flexible team player with good communication and social skills, and you can inspire others /li liYou are mobile and ready to move to another city to start your career /li liYou have a driving license /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pShow us what you can do and you will gain the experience of a lifetime, with the opportunity to be in a Great Place to Work and a fast-track career with an unlimited contract.
