Reporting to the Group Controlling Director, the HR Controller is responsible for all regular and ad hoc HR reporting, personnel, and forecast planning, budgetary controls and compensation matters. He/She will play a key role in the massive transformational project of the overall finance organization and in supporting ongoing changes in the business operations areas.**Duties and Responsibilities are**:
- Report all personnel expenses and personnel budget related matters
- Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc HR reports, analysis, and recommend action
- Support decision making with providing personnel cost and headcount planning as well as regular variance analysis and forecasts
- Translate and visualize figures to support business understanding, maintain and develop planning and reporting system and databases accordingly
- Calculate and monitor regular accruals and provisions
- Ensure highest standard of reporting and data quality
- Proactively identify, propose and implement improvements of HR and Controlling related processes, acting as a business partner to the HR functions and organization
- Participate in local and international projects
- Ensure constant alignment with other finance and controlling teams in order to better achieve all the goals and coordinate the overall consistency of cost of personnel numbers across different departments.
- The role requires the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, extreme attention to detail, and consistently accurate, high quality financial analyses.-
**Requirements**:
Education (School/Specialization): Bachelor’s Degree Economics
- Other Languages: English (fluent)
- Experiences: at least 5 years of experience in Finance / Controlling
- Nice to Have: 2 years HR controlling acquired in an international and complex environment**Other Information & Specific Skills**- Knowledge of the main MS Office tools (excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency);
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Hyperion);
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent communication capabilities and presentation skills;
