Community Associate

The opportunity
As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers, solving problems for them and ensuring they have everything they need.
A typical day at Regus
You arrive 15 minutes before opening to prepare the centre and check that everything is in order. Throughout the day, you assist customers with various requests, such as providing WiFi codes, checking on packages, giving directions, setting up projectors, and taking drink orders. You also manage mail, communicate with customers about their packages, and participate in organizing events. At the end of the day, you ensure the centre is tidy and ready for the next day before leaving.
About you
We’re looking for someone capable of managing multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. You should be:
* A good communicator, able to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people's needs
* Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to changing situations
* Confident in using MS Office and basic IT packages
