Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day services provided in homes with attention to health, wellness, and safety
Maintain appropriate communication methods with Host Home Providers and team members
Monitor and maintain service plans, contracts, referrals, and relations with families of the clients
Provide direct support to clients
Advocate and manage public relations
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Rehabilitation, Education, Psychology, or a related field, plus two years of experience working with people with mental health diagnoses
Knowledge of person‑centered planning and supports is preferred
One year of supervisory experience
Valid Class D endorsement of a 3-Iowa driver’s license
Proof of 50/100/50K automobile insurance
Proficient in spoken and written English
Ability to set appropriate staff‑client boundaries
Ability to negotiate and handle conflict as needed
Proficient in Microsoft software and applications
Willingness to travel within counties served by Candeo
Must pass background checks
Must possess a motor vehicle that meets the required operational and maintenance guidelines in accordance with Iowa Department of Transportation and Candeo’s Motor Vehicle Guidelines
