Amazon seeks to be Earth’s most customer‑centric company and operates retail websites in 15 countries. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pThe Amazon Advertising Success Team (AST) assists with onboarding new advertisers and optimizing accounts of existing advertisers on SSPA or SA. This role works with new and existing advertisers to identify business opportunities, review product listings, create advertising campaigns, and adopt high‑value actions that influence advertiser success. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liServe as main point of contact for advertisers and act as an enabler for sales marketing initiatives via 1:1 outreach. /li liEducate advertisers on Amazon Advertising products and analyze campaign performance to recommend and implement optimizations. /li liUnderstand performance advertising and use tools to fix campaign set‑up and support optimization. /li liProvide education and online training for advertisers through 1:1 programs. /li liRespond promptly and accurately to advertiser queries and troubleshoot technical or implementation issues. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve Amazon product based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps. /li liOwn a portfolio of accounts – standard and high‑value advertisers. /li liAnalyze account performance against key metrics to recommend optimization solutions. /li liMonitor and communicate campaign progress through regular activity reports and insights. /li liWork with internal teams to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance. /li liPrepare documents on best practices, SOPs, and framework for innovations. /li liMentor new joiners and bring them up to speed with program and process. /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in e‑commerce or online advertising. /li liBachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing or related streams (MBA is a plus). /li li4‑6 years of sales/marketing experience; individual contributor for 2 years is an advantage. /li liPrior experience managing global clients and owning performance goals. /li liSuperior verbal and written communication skills. /li liAdvanced computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint). /li liStrong judgment and flexibility to balance program requirements and tight deadlines. /li liOrganized, team player willing to roll up sleeves. /li liFlexible to work in rotational shifts. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liMBA in Digital Advertising or related Master’s degree. /li liExperience in e‑commerce, retail, sales, marketing, or advertising. /li liPassion for online advertising with a track record of outstanding results. /li liExperience interpreting data and making business recommendations. /li liHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities. /li liExperience in data analysis and education. /li liGoogle AdWords/Bing Ads certification (benefit). /li liAdvanced computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and SQL. /li liExperience with Salesforce (advantage). /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity /h3 pAmazon is an equal‑opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
