In this role you will advance the understanding of how integrated engine components influence overall system dynamics, including rotor and torsional behavior, frequency response, and PHM. You’ll work with a cross‑functional team to analyze, design, test, and integrate solutions that meet program and product requirements. The position offers growth of the system view and hands‑on development of tools and methodologies to tackle complex integration challenges. You’ll contribute to technology roadmaps and protect innovations that give the business a competitive edge, while mentoring newer engineers and staying state‑of‑the‑art in your specialty.

Responsabilità
- Master's Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering
- Experience in structure dynamics simulation techniques and rotor‑dynamics fundamentals
- Ability to produce clear, concise technical reports and documentation
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and oral)
- Willingness to travel for businessWork visa as required by local regulations
