What will you do:
* Provide exceptional first-line IT support, managing customer requests and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
* Coordinate and route complex technical issues to appropriate support levels while maintaining clear communication
* Document and track support requests through our service desk system
* Ensure high levels of end-user satisfaction through professional and efficient service delivery
* Collaborate with team members to maintain and improve support processes
