PThe HSE Specialist will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving our HSE programs to ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. /ppThe HSE Specialist is responsible for managing Environment, Health, and Safety issues in the Textile Division area. The person supports the HSE Manager of the Textile Division in the implementation of company guidelines on OSH and ensures the correct and complete implementation of health and safety regulations within their assigned perimeter. /ppWith the coordination of the HSE Manager, the person supports the Employer and Delegated Managers in Risk Assessment and interfaces with other technical figures as well as with Local Authorities. /ph3Job Responsibilities /h3ulliEnsure the update and implementation of company guidelines in the HSE area within the Textile Division; /liliMonitor applicable regulations in the HSE area and disseminate company directives, worker information, and training programs; /liliCollaborate in process mapping and the drafting and implementation of procedures and instructions in the HSE field, ensuring approach uniformity; /liliEnsure proper application and monitoring of legal provisions related to Health, Safety, and Environment; /liliAssist in maintaining the Integrated Health, Safety, and Environment Management System; /liliPromote continuous maintenance of plants, machines, and work equipment to ensure safe and healthy conditions; /liliVerify workplace conditions for compliance with health, safety, ergonomics, accessibility, fire safety, and evacuation requirements; /liliAnalyze accidents and injuries, suggest improvements to prevent recurrence, and promote safety culture; /liliConduct audits and inspections, identify non-compliance issues, and develop improvement plans; /liliSupport HSE Manager in managing the HSE budget. /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. /liliAt least 3 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in manufacturing. /liliDeep knowledge of HSE regulations and standards. /liliProfessional certifications such as ASPP are a plus. /liliExcellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. /liliExperience with HSE management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001) is desirable. /liliKnowledge of sustainability principles and practices. /li /ulpThis job posting appears to be active and relevant.
