We are looking for a Real estate Financial Controller for one of our clients, a fashion retail / international sport business company with HQ in Como. ideal candidate profile As a Real estate Financial Controller, you will oversee the financial operations of our construction projects and our business with a focus on retail/rent in Italy. Your role will involve financial planning, budget management, and analysis to ensure the success and profitability of our funds business. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Provide financial guidance and analysis for commercial office redevelopment projects. Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial goals are met. Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement. Oversee financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial risk assessments. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Previous experience as a Financial Controller in the real estate/property/retail Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and leadership abilities Request: Fluent English.
