They play a central role on the sales floor, increasing boutique sales and achieving the objectives by working on their own KPIs, always delivering memorable experiences & services in store.

They support colleagues & other team members in the boutique.A client development specialist who leverages all available resources to build long‐lasting personal connections with clients.

They embody TAG Heuer's brand DNA and act as a passionate brand ambassador in and outside the boutique.

They achieve individual clienteling objectives leveraging all the tools provided, ensuring qualitative client data collection and leveraging the data to address clients in a personally relevant way.An active contributor to operations excellence who respects retail & administrative processes on the floor.

They contribute to all daily processes under the supervision of the boutique management, leveraging properly all tools and applying rigorously all guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.Profile

Client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, handling of objections, sales closing.

Understanding of sales KPIs, knowledge of client and clienteling KPIs.Knowledge of digital tools.Knowledge of / interest for brand DNA, history & collections.Client‐centric mindset, focused on recruiting new clients and growing the active client base, nurturing long‐term relationships with clients.Open minded, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Energetic, self‐motivated, action and results‐oriented.Self‐starter, able to work effectively in a fast‐paced and dynamic environment.Adaptable to changes, flexible, able to bring up new ideas and solutions. xjrgpwk Team spirit, high integrity and transparency.
