Lead auditor food & beverage

In this role, you lead audit teams to assess compliance with DNV standards and established international or national frameworks. You will plan and execute audits, report findings, and ensure timely follow-up while maintaining independence and high professional standards. You work closely with client personnel and cross-functional teams to uphold the integrity of the DNV scheme. • Plan and execute audits and report findings within agreed timelines
• Maintain independence of the DNV scheme during audits
• Foster positive relationships with client personnel
• Coordinate with audit team and clients to ensure effective communication
• Maintain and improve auditor registration with DNV or equivalent
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment and professional development
• Ensure proper use of auditing tools and data communication for certificate issuance
• Support travel within Italy and occasionally abroad as needed
• Interact with line management and stakeholders to align on scope and results

• Third-party auditor qualification for food safety standard
• Fluent Italian and good English
• Team player with positive, results-driven mindset
• Strong organizational skills
• Availability to travel within Italy and occasionally abroad
• People management skills
• Proficient in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Auditor registration with DNV or equivalent
