勤務地は東京都および神奈川県に位置する物流拠点です。勤務地は希望を考慮し決定します。Amazonでは日本のAmazon Logistics（AMZL）チームのデリバリーステーション・オペレーションマネージャーを募集しています。
AMZLのゴールはお客様に荷物をお届けする物流の最後の区間で、世界水準のオペレーションを構築することです。お客様により速く、正確に、そして効果的に配送することで、期待を上回るサービスを提供します。
主な職責
- ソートおよびディスパッチオペレーションのリードおよび監督
- シフト全体の安全性、品質、パフォーマンス、カスタマーサービスの向上
- 組織の方針と手順に従った監督責任
- オペレーション目標の達成及びそれを上回る成果の実現
- 戦略的な計画立案、パフォーマンス評価、問題解決、人材配置に関するニーズへの対応
- チームメンバーのキャリア向上、指導、トレーニングおよび育成
- Learning and Talent Developmentチームとの連携により、人材獲得、パフォーマンスとキャリア開発、育成、サクセッションプランの計画立案と実行
- ベストプラクティスの創出・展開
Responsibilities (English)
- Lead and supervise a team of managers and associates in sortation and dispatch operations
- Responsible for overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience of the shift
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures
- Accountability for meeting and exceeding operational goals
- Strategic planning and forecasting; appraise performance, resolve problems; address staffing needs
- Mentor, train and develop teammates for career progression and learning
- Partner with Learning and Talent Development Team on creating and implementing talent plans including talent acquisition, performance and career management, learning and development, succession planning and employee engagement
- Ability to develop and share best practices across the shifts and network
資格（日本語）
- 人・物・金の流れを数値や指標にて管理・向上させる経験3年以上
- 管理職経験（評価・人材育成など）
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験（規模不問・多部門横断的プロジェクト等）
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力または英語力（読み書き会話）
- 製造・物流・小売において人・物・金の流れを数値や指標にて管理・向上させる経験5年以上
- 間接マネジメント経験（チームリーダーを通じたマネジメント）、マネージャー/リーダーの育成経験
- 繁忙期に複数名のパート・アルバイトと働いた経験
- 工学、経営、または関連分野の学位またはMBA
- 変化する優先順位に対処し、的確な判断を行う能力
- 日本語・英語のバイリンガルスキル

Qualifications (English)
- 3+ years experience managing resources including people, goods, and money
- People management experience (appraisals, career development, etc.)
- Project management experience (cross‑functional projects, any size)
- Business‑level (reading, writing, speaking) Japanese or English
- 5+ years experience managing resources in logistics, manufacturing, or retail industries
- Indirect management experience (manager’s manager), experience developing managers/team leaders
- Experience deploying multiple part‑timers during peak seasons
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or MBA
- Ability to make decisions according to changing priorities
- Bilingual speaking Japanese and English
- Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture
勤務シフト
日勤帯を中心としたシフト勤務（土日祝日含む交替制勤務）です。必要に応じて夜勤帯で勤務する場合があります。
