Ph3Demand Planning Specialist /h3h3Responsibilities /h3ulliBuild and manage demand forecasting models by combining internal inputs and external market factors. /liliAlign stakeholders and improve forecast accuracy. /liliMonitor performance versus plan, identifying variances and root causes. /liliAct as the key link between supply chain and commercial functions at the European level. /liliDevelop and maintain forecasting models incorporating internal (e.g., new product launches, pricing actions marketing campaigns) and external intelligence (e.g., market trends, macroeconomics). /liliCoordinate the demand forecasting process and the contribution of all internal stakeholders, mainly Sales Area Managers, Business Development/Product Managers and Supply Chain. /liliDevelop projections and saturation analysis for middle-term actions. /liliContribute to the development of production forecast and logistic forecast. /liliDevelop a 12‑month rolling demand plan that serves as basis for the operating plan and financial projections. /liliImprove forecasting practices, tools and forecast accuracy. /liliConsolidate feedback, challenge inconsistencies, and aim for consensus over the demand forecast. /liliInteract as the main commercial interface with supply chain, sharing priority updates weekly and engaging supply chain on exception management. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics or related field. /liliLearning mindset and ability to quickly understand complex issues. /liliStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /liliExcellent communication and networking skills, with ability to present findings clearly. /liliCollaborative relational skills across different functions. /liliProactive drive, high energy and sense of responsibility. /liliAbility to influence and impact decisions. /liliProficiency in IT tools, e.g., Excel and PowerPoint. /liliResult‑orientation, pragmatism and customer‑centric approach. /liliProficiency in Italian and English. /li /ulh3Location /h3pCaponago, Italy /ppWe are committed to ensuring that every person feels connected, that their uniqueness is valued and celebrated and that everyone feels that they belong.
