We are now recruiting a LC technician for our Italian team. How to contribute to our vision We seek individuals interested in a stimulating, varied role, responsible for service and maintenance of wind turbines at our customers' wind farms, focusing on large component replacements. You will apply your electrical and mechanical knowledge to independently solve problems on-site, ensuring high operational reliability and delivering excellent customer service. Safety is our highest priority during on-site work. You will support customers both remotely and onsite, coordinate service operations, and resolve product issues during large corrective actions. Additionally, you will perform predefined technical tasks such as basic commissioning, system integration, and maintenance jobs. We value our employees' knowledge, so willingness to travel abroad for training and corrective actions is essential. What you need to make a difference Passion for renewable energy and a drive to lead change. At least a high school diploma (mechanical or electrical preferred) and a minimum of 2 years' experience in the electrical or mechanical industry. Wind industry experience is a significant advantage. Comfort working at high altitudes, with thorough safety awareness. Experience working with cranes and platforms. A valid driving license; flexibility and readiness to travel are required. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Good computer skills; educational background in electricity, hydraulics, or mechanics is advantageous; experience in wind power, electricity, mechanics, or hydraulics is a plus.
