What the position is about | Role & Agenda To support our further growth in Italy, Amplifon is looking for further talents to support our Compliance team as Italy Compliance Specialist,reporting directly to our Italy Compliance Manager. Please note that this role requires frequent travel across Italy. Your tasks - Assist in raising awareness of Compliance risks and how Italian laws and regulations affect our stores and headquarters. - Support efforts to foster a culture of responsibility in risk prevention by helping adapt internal business processes and monitoring the implementation of plans. - Act as a point of contact for external audits and assist in follow-up actions when necessary. - Support in organizing training and education initiatives on topics such as quality, security, and reliability. - Provide assistance to employees and collaborators in interpreting legislation and regulations, helping translate them into internal rules and controls. - Collaborate on the development and implementation of organizational and Control Models as outlined by Italian Legislative Decree 231. - Assist in maintaining and updating GDPR compliance requirements. - Support the management of Public inspections. Your profile: - You have a degree in Economicsor Political Science;: - You bring 2 years of experience in a big-four consulting company or in a structured multinational department with focus on Compliance responsibilities; - You have strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with teams and align with all levels of management; - You bring a positive and proactive approach to your work, with a strong focus on transformation and continuous improvement; - You are detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and a process-driven mindset. - Knowledge of Knowledge GDPR themes and 231 guidelines - Fluent Italian and English are required.
