**The role includes travel across Italy.** **Your tasks**
- Assist in **raising awareness of Compliance risks** and how Italian laws and regulations affect our stores and headquarters.
- Support efforts to **foster a culture of responsibility in risk prevention** by helping adapt internal business processes and monitoring the implementation of plans.
- Act as a point of contact for **external audits and** assist in follow-up actions when necessary.
- Support in organizing **training and education initiatives** on topics such as quality, security, and reliability.
- Provide assistance to employees and collaborators in **interpreting legislation and regulations**, helping translate them into internal rules and controls.
- Collaborate on the **development and implementation of organizational and Control Models** as outlined by Italian Legislative Decree **231**.
- Assist in **maintaining and updating GDPR compliance requirements**.
- Support the management of **Public inspections**. **Your profile**: - You have a **degree** in **Economics**or** Political Science;**: - You bring **2 years** of experience in a **big-four consulting company** or in a **structured multinational department** with focus on Compliance responsibilities;
- You have **strong communication skills**, enabling you to collaborate with teams and align with all levels of management;
- Experience using **Power BI** and **AI-related tools**;
- You bring a **positive and proactive approach** to your work, with a strong focus on transformation and continuous improvement;
- You are detail-oriented with **problem-solving skills** and a process-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of Knowledge GDPR themes and 231 guidelines
