Job position:
For an oil and gas project we're currently looking for a:
Drilling and Completion Material Coordinator
Main activities:
• Integrate the Health Safety and Environment rules in logistic activities and assume the respect corresponding company rules during the transport of personnel and material.
• Display HSE Leadership by setting an example of high HSEQ standards at all times to the workers.
• On Drilling Site reports to the Senior Drilling Supervisor and collaborates with the field members of the Logistic/Materials Department.
• Provides material inventory lists and coordinates with the warehouse, the material stocks at the rig site in accordance with Company procedures.
• Communicates with Warehouse for transportation movements.
• Checks all deliveries to and from the rig sites and ensures proper paper & electronic work for materials transferred.
• Assist the Drilling Supervisors in any materials related activities as required.
• Controls and documents all transfers of material between wells for the sake of maintaining the cost accuracy.
• Participate actively in material stock management: record reception tickets, stock movements, and update stock inventory in the warehouse, pipe yard and drilling site, UNISOL/SCOT system during standby activities.
• During WO or Drilling, the material man is dedicated to drilling site.
• Assist transport and handling / lifting of Drilling and Completion equipment in the warehouse, pipe yard and drilling site, in coordination with the Cargo Supervisor, organize dedicated transports to site.
• Organize and supervise support during rig move (material transfer, escort service).
• Ensure efficient filing and archive of data and documents in appropriate databases. Facilitate data access as required.
• Assist the Drilling supervisors for cost optimization in terms of mobilization of equipment and personnel.
• Assist the Drilling supervisors in filling lookahead (equipment and personnel) and participate in the drilling morning call for logistics aspects.
Requirements:
• The job holder executes and coordinates the logistic support for the Drilling campaign and the Production activities by ensuring stock management, material movement, support to Drilling personnel transit to site, accommodations and as required to support Drilling Team.
• Experience in Drilling & Logistic Operations, Drilling material Management experience, minimum 5 years
• Good Knowledge of drilling equipment
• Multicultural & environment awareness, organization, anticipation skills.
• Good level of spoken and written English or French, Italian knowledge is requested.
• Good Knowledge of computer software and data base, UNISOL/SAP/SCOT material management tools.
