As the primary general contractor in Italy, your projects must align with customer satisfaction and contractual requirements. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liEngage with multiple diverse customers, predominantly in the machinery and consumer industries /li liManage time, information and turnkey projects for medium and large accounts, applying corporate methodologies and practices /li liBuild a multilevel project plan to fit customers’ needs and deliver within budget on contract and desired outcomes /li liDefine project roles and responsibilities and work closely with Customer, Presales and Sales teams to set scope and objectives /li liTrack projects in terms of activities, timing, costs and risks, preparing and maintaining activity and time reports /li liPromote customer relationships, involving the customer regarding project status and approving significant achievements, especially contractual milestones /li liCommunicate project milestones and status updates to all concerned parties and manage escalations following the correct processes /li liIncorporate insights gained from recent projects into the execution of new ones /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience as Project Manager in enterprise IT projects, preferably on PLM, MOM or ERP platforms /li liDegree (or equivalent) in Engineering or Economics /li liPM certification such as PMP or Prince2 (required) /li liStrong interpersonal skills in Italian and English (B2 level or above, both spoken and written) /li liSelf‑motivated, prompt and assertive, with very good time‑management skills /li liCalm and collaborative work under pressure, comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments /li liAbility to identify problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root‑cause analysis /li liFlexible to travel at least 70% of the working time (company car will be provided) /li /ul pWe are an equal‑opportunity employer and value diversity.
