YOUR ROLE

The Digital Content Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the creation, execution, and optimization of digital content across owned, paid, and third‑party platforms. The role ensures brand consistency, high‑quality execution, and effective storytelling across international markets, supporting both brand and commercial objectives.

The role reports directly to the Marketing Director and works in close collaboration with the E‑commerce Manager, E‑commerce Team, CRM Manager, and Social Media Coordinator.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. The position operates independently while leveraging the support of an external graphic designer for more operational and executional design activities.

LOCATION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Content & Brand Execution

Plan, develop, and manage digital content across website, email marketing, social media, paid campaigns, and marketplaces.

Ensure consistent brand identity, visual language, and tone of voice across all digital touchpoints.

Support the evolution of digital storytelling in line with brand strategy and seasonal priorities.

Contribute to UX and content optimization to improve engagement.

Website & E‑commerce Content

Manage homepage, landing page, and key commercial content updates.

Work closely with the E‑commerce Director and team to support conversion and merchandising objectives.

Produce and adapt assets using Adobe Creative Cloud and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Execute multilingual email marketing campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Collaborate with the CRM Manager on customer journeys, segmentation, and content alignment.

Manage editorial planning, design, scheduling, and deployment of newsletters

Partner with the Social Media Coordinator/Manager to align content and campaign priorities.

Support the creation of assets for organic and paid social media.

Marketplaces & Third‑Party Platforms

Adapt content for platforms such as Zalando and El Corte Inglés.

Manage post‑production, resizing, and upload of digital assets.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Solid experience in digital content marketing or similar roles.
* Strong understanding of digital ecosystems (website, email, social, paid, marketplaces).
* Hands‑on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
* Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or equivalent platforms.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, international environment.
* Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
* Additional languages are a plus, with Spanish considered a strong nice to have.

* Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different company functions.

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Marketing Manager to provide maternity leave coverage and ensure continuity of marketing activities across the Italian market. This role requires a strong background in Direct Marketing execution, field marketing, and campaign planning, operating within a fast‑paced tech environment.

The Enterprise Marketing Manager will develop and execute integrated B2B campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement across Italian enterprise and mid‑market audiences. Champion an AI‑first approach across marketing workflows, leveraging approved AI tools to drive smarter planning, personalised campaign delivery, and continuous optimisation.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Project Leadership - Direct Marketing (30%)
* Support B2B direct marketing strategy and campaign execution aimed at driving adoption, engagement, and retention of client’s cloud solutions in the Italian market.
* Develop integrated lead‑generation and nurture programmes targeting enterprise, mid‑market, and industry verticals.
* Own end‑to‑end project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, KPIs, and delivery workflows.
* Potential to lead partner marketing initiatives, supporting co‑marketing campaigns with top Italian and global partners
Cross‑functional Collaboration (20%)
* Collaborate with Product, Sales, Partnerships, Creative, PR, and Analytics teams to create cohesive B2B marketing programmes.
* Ensure alignment between global GTM initiatives and local execution for the Italian market.
* Work closely with the Partner Marketing team when co‑building initiatives with cloud partners, resellers, and system integrators.
Insight‑led Campaign Strategy (20%)
* Use audience insights, industry data, and B2B funnel metrics to inform direct marketing strategy.
* Convert commercial and sales objectives into actionable pipeline‑driving marketing plans.
* Identify opportunities to deepen customer engagement across the buyer journey - awareness → consideration → conversion.
Platform, Product & Value Proposition Development (15%)
* Shape value propositions and messaging tailored to priority B2B segments, industries, and decision‑maker types.
* Support go‑to‑market strategies for new Cloud products, features, and solutions across Italy.
* Drive clear and compelling communication of platform benefits to enterprise and partner audiences.
Performance Measurement & Optimisation (10%)
* Monitor and report on pipeline contribution, lead quality, campaign efficiency, and conversion rates.
* Provide data‑backed recommendations for ongoing optimisation in direct and partner marketing programmes.
* Manage internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and to brief.
* Oversee creative and production workflows, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
* Support agency partners and, where applicable, partner marketing stakeholders in shared campaign execution.
Required Qualifications
* Strong experience in B2B marketing (campaign, events), ideally within cloud, SaaS, or technology sectors.

* 3+ years’ experience in a Creative, Media or Marketing agency, or relevant client‑side experience
* Proven ability to execute both online and offline campaigns, with a focus on digital and an understanding of how PR fits alongside the marketing mix
* Detail‑oriented, self‑driven to take initiative, with a desire to help people adapt to various changing and complex environments
* Ability to work in diverse multinational environments
* Consumer electronics and tech industry experience preferred
* Is proactive - enjoys taking responsibility and making things happen
* Is organised - able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while managing essential administrative work and reports
* Comfortable with tight deadlines and ability to handle changing requirements
