Financial Operations Specialist
This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and utilize your analytical skills to drive financial growth. As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing daily/monthly communication with accounting firms and HQ, as well as general office stationary/supplies. You will also assist the Procurement Manager in sourcing quotations for non-food/non-drink materials and equipment.
Key responsibilities include reconciling all cash takings from the night before and preparing cash ready for collection, processing all petty cash transactions, and sending all reconciliation, banking, and deposit reports to accounting. You will also be responsible for ensuring all invoices for purchases and sales are received/issued and trackers are updated accurately and sharing the invoices with accounting.
We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, or F&B industry, is preferred. Experience with Micros Symphony POS systems is highly preferred. Proficient in financial reporting, data entry, and bank reconciliation processes, with strong knowledge of cash handling, payment processing, and financial documentation.
