Reflect the visual merchandising guidelines promoting the brand imageEnhance customer service standards in store to ensure the best client journey
Sales / Business Monitoring
Welcome all clients to ensure they feel comfortable in the environment and educate them about the brandBuild and maintain a relationship with themIntroduce additional complementary products targeted to your client and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targetsProcess the sale in a confident and professional mannerGather the client’s CRM details to enlarge your client bookDrive your product knowledge by keeping up to date with fashion trendsUpdate yourself on all product lines through researchEnsure all Company policies and procedures are attendedSupport control and management of stock
Team Management / Back Office
Lead the team through morning briefings, objective setting and trainings.Create a team spirit whilst managing, motivating and driving the team to increase sales and ensure efficiencyEnsure all Company policies and procedures are adhered toInstruct and supervise staff in the correct execution of operating procedures, pricing, merchandise receipt, product returnsEvaluate the performance of each Sales Associate and provide constant feedback to ensure resultsResponsible for the day-to-day needs of the business and administration.
Profile
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environmentExperience in selling RTW / LGPassion for fashion and salesA commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client’s needs and experienceExcellent personal presentation – a Marc Jacobs Brand AmbassadorUnderstanding of Retail KPIsA fluent level in English is essential and additional languages are an advantage
