Job summary
We are currently looking for a Junior HR Associate Partner to join our on-site team at BLQ8 Sort Centre in Spilamberto (MO).
Key job responsibilities
Main tasks and responsibilities include:
* Managing the Time & Attendance system daily and resolving related issues;
* Supporting employees and managers on all aspects of their work life;
* Being the first point of contact for employees to help solve problems and answer questions;
* Managing HR data and creating reports on topics such as holidays, overtime, and workforce metrics;
* Handling time-off requests and approvals;
* Identifying, tracking, and reconciling missing punches;
* With manager approval, resolving discrepancies related to Time Off Task flags;
* Scheduling medical examinations for health surveillance of employees.
A day in the life
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be the primary contact for employees needing assistance, proactively supporting them in resolving issues. You will also manage HR data for the entire workforce, including absenteeism, attrition, scheduling, and new hires, working closely with the Operations team, especially Area Managers. You should be adaptable to change and open to new proposals from leadership and the network.
Minimum requirements
* Master's degree in HR or related field;
* Previous HR-related work experience;
* Knowledge of Italian labor law and HR/payroll practices;
* Experience with Qualtrics.
