About The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to develop, execute and optimize marketing activities that build sales pipeline and bookings for our Italian market. Tactics could include digital campaigns, sponsorships, content creation, social media, digital and in-person events, email marketing and more.
You will collaborate closely with the Italian sales teams to develop and execute campaigns supporting sales goals.
Key Tasks:
1. Plan and manage marketing campaigns in the Italian market
2. Use the full marketing mix (events, webinars, content, emails, ABM, etc.) to build awareness and generate leads
3. Collaborate globally to develop integrated strategies and tactics
4. Manage field and regional events, including logistics and speaker coordination
5. Oversee multiple projects and campaigns to meet deadlines
6. Communicate plans and details across teams to ensure alignment
7. Use KPIs and analytics to target and optimize campaigns
8. Stay updated on industry trends to refine messaging
9. Optimize activities to maximize ROI and drive sales-qualified opportunities
10. Focus on Italy, but also collaborate with peers in other regions as needed
What We're Looking For:
11. 2-3 years of marketing experience; event and demand generation experience preferred
12. Fluency in Italian (native) and an excellent standard of spoken and written English
13. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time and re-prioritize according to changing demands
14. Proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns and in-person events within a B2B organization (experience in marketing SaaS solutions strongly preferred)
15. Experience in Account Based Marketing
16. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred) and Marketing Automation Systems (Pardot preferred)
