Overview
The selected candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager and various departments involved in day-to-day operations, including order management and the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs). The goal of the internship is to provide hands-on training, gradually increase autonomy and responsibility.
Responsibilities
* Support daily operations, monitoring orders’ progress
* Analyze data and KPIs to improve operations’ performance
* Investigate and follow up on customer queries and complaints
* Work closely with the warehouse team and other internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Management/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
* Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office tools
* Organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset
* Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn
* Ability to work both in a team and independently, with flexibility and initiative
* Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or Production Environment will be considered a plus
* Fluent in Italian, advanced in English
