**Project/Program Manager

**.The person will be responsible for managing the program respecting deadlines, costs and quality standards, satisfying specific customer requests with active involvement in all phases of the Program Life Cycle.
**The person will be responsible for the following activities:
*** Planning of Program activities (scope, schedule and budget);
* Monitoring and control of Program activities;
* Master Schedule management and updating;
* Management of internal progress meetings with the cross-functional project team (Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Commercial);
* Preparation of Progress Reports and support for Progress Meetings/working meetings/reviews with the client;
* Support for internalprogress meetings with the Planning and Finance functions of the business line;
* Management of project risks, ensuring a quick and effective solution to any problems that may arise;
* Guaranteeing the control and monitoring of the progress of the works, the evaluation of the KPIs of the applicable processes, also through the definition and implementation of the necessary corrective actions.
**Education:
*** Technical master's degree (preferably Aerospace, Electronic, Mechanical, Management Engineering or Physics)
**Required experience level:
*** Expert: at least 3 years of experience in the role
**Technical skills and knowledge:
*** Knowledge of the main tools xrdztoy for managing complex projects (WBS, EVMS, Risk Management)
* Ability to draft documentation (Statement of Work, Technical Notes, Progress Reports, Minute of Meeting)
