You will bridge technical excellence with project management, ensuring our customers receive innovative, safe, and cost-effective electrical solutions. Work model for the role is:. In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: /p ul liLead technical development of MV LV revamping projects (including OneFit/Retrofit solutions) defining functional logic of electrical schemes and engineering solutions in accordance with contract specifications and technical standards. /li liSpecify and select materials, equipment, and components, performing SAP data and material entry. /li liDevelop comprehensive work plans and cost estimates, managing project scope, time, and budget while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contractual requirements. /li liCoordinate external engineering partners, suppliers, and stakeholders, conducting commercial and technical negotiations to deliver quality solutions within budget. /li liProvide technical consultation to customers, facilitate cross-functional communication with operations and expediting teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification (Perito Industriale in Elettrotecnica). /li liMinimum 10 years of relevant experience in Project Engineering. /li liProven ability in developing electrical schemes and engineering solutions for MV LV systems. /li liExpert knowledge of LV and MV switchboards and circuit breakers. /li liProficiency in MS Office package, MS Project, ElettraCad, and SAP. /li liExcellent organizational skills with ability to set priorities effectively, strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
