Ph3Global P2P Director – RINA /h3 pRINA is recruiting a bGlobal P2P Director /b to lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay strategy and execution across all business units globally. The role is based in Genoa, Italy. /p h3Mission /h3 pThe bGlobal P2P Director /b will drive procurement operations, ensuring compliance, process efficiency, and technology adoption to achieve cost savings and operational excellence. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute a global P2P strategy aligned with organizational goals. /li liLead and manage global P2P operations: purchasing, supplier onboarding, material master data, PR to PO placement, invoice processing, payment, reporting. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline P2P processes, reduce cycle times, enhance overall efficiency. /li liCollaborate with IT and Finance to implement and optimize P2P technology solutions. /li liEstablish and enforce compliance with procurement policies, controls, and audit requirements across all regions. /li liLead cross-functional teams: procurement, accounts payable, supplier management, business stakeholders. /li liMonitor KPIs and generate regular reports for senior leadership. /li liManage relationships with key suppliers and service providers. /li liSupport global procurement transformation projects and change management activities. /li liTrain internal clients on P2P processes and procedures. /li liDevelop and mentor a high-performing global P2P team. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pMaster’s Degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. /li li10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, finance, or supply chain with strong focus on P2P. /li liProven track record of leading global P2P operations and process improvements. /li liExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement tools. /li liStrong understanding of procurement compliance, controls, and audit standards. /li liExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to manage complex projects across multiple regions and cultures. /li liAnalytical mindset with data decision-making skills. /li liEnglish and Italian proficiency is a must. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liExperience in global manufacturing, technology, or retail industries. /li liExpertise in supplier relationship management and contract negotiation. /li liKnowledge of emerging technologies such as RPA and AI in P2P. /li liChange management certification or experience. /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liBig picture thinking and reinterpretation of situations. /li liBuild network trust relationships across departments. /li liClient intimacy – understand internal/external client needs. /li liEarn trust and respect diversity. /li liMake effective decisions – structure activities by priorities. /li liManage emotions – recognize and regulate emotional reactions. /li liPioneer change – embrace new circumstances. /li liPromote sustainable development – keep promises as role model. /li liThink forward – capitalize experiences and translate into future action plans. /li /ul h3Equal Employment Opportunity /h3 pAt RINA, we create a work environment where every person is valued and encouraged to develop new ideas.
