Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.Your roleWe are looking for an HSE Manager responsible for coordinating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs at Lauriano plant, ensuring full compliance with regulations and alignment with company EHS strategy. The role acts as the RSPP for the site and plays a key role in promoting a strong safety and sustainability culture, working closely with site leadership and cross‑functional teams.Main ResponsibilitiesImplement and drive EHS strategy in line with company standards and regulatory requirementsEnsure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and reporting standardsIdentify risks, conduct assessments, and implement mitigation and prevention plansLead incident management, including investigations and corrective actionsDevelop and deliver EHS training and awareness programs across the siteDrive sustainability initiatives (waste reduction, energy efficiency, emissions control)Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Maintenance, HR) and external bodies (auditors, authorities, contractors)Act as RSPP and ensure alignment with other sites and EMEA EHS functionMain RequirementsDegree in Engineering or EHS-related fieldCertified RSPP (mandatory)Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, compliance, and risk managementExperience in ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 (plus)Strong analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to lead EHS initiatives and influence stakeholdersProject management and communication skillsSustainability mindsetFluent Italian and EnglishWhat’s In It For YouIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
