Our goal is to provide transversal functional capabilities to be consumed by all tribes.The mission is to build and maintain all the technical building blocks required to deliver customer facing functionalities aimed at our B2C and B2B customers.The teams scope includes bookings offers availabilities & tag managementThe team is responsible for building the marketplace strategy and ensuring the technical excellence of the core components in other words :Designing components that are up to date with the technical standardsBuilding maintainable and evolutive core componentsEnsuring smooth integration with customer facing capabilitiesDelivering the necessary tools to the marketplace (dev portals documentation guidelines test utilities )Providing the technical KPIs to monitor the components execution healthThe team is not directly in charge of implementing the new features for the end user. Instead in addition to its own projects the team will support the customer-facing teams by providing new capabilities in the core components when needed.The Core Marketplace team is already composed of 3 engineers (Backend developers) mostly senior profiles.
