The Candidate
We are seeking a Marketing Content Coordinator with professional level English writing skills and practical marketing experience. The role involves transforming campaign briefs, notes, and media into clear, customer-facing content for emails, social media, blogs, and YouTube.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Email Marketing Execution: Write, edit, and QA email newsletters and campaigns based on briefs and internal notes. Build, schedule, and update automated email flows using Klaviyo, ensuring correct formatting, links, and segmentation.
* Campaign Messaging & Copywriting: Transform marketing angles into persuasive, clear, and accurate customer-facing copy. Adapt core messages across multiple channels (newsletters, social, YouTube, blogs) while maintaining the company's brand voice.
* Social Media & YouTube Support: Write engaging descriptions, captions, and titles for social media and YouTube. Collaborate with the video and marketing teams to align video assets with current promotional priorities and links.
* Content Repurposing: Extract key selling points and angles from videos, interviews, and internal meetings to create blog drafts, email ideas, and social media copy.
* Brief Creation & Coordination: Translate marketing priorities into practical content instructions and production briefs. Maintain content calendars and campaign trackers using Excel/Google Sheets, while proactively managing asset.
What We’re Looking For
Core Qualifications
* English Proficiency: Professional writing level with exceptional copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
* Experience: 1+ years of experience in copywriting, email marketing, content marketing, or social media content production (travel industry experience is a big plus!).
* Email Marketing Savvy: Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or a similar platform). You should be comfortable building, scheduling, QAing promotional campaigns, and supporting automated flows.
Key Skills & Mindset
* Multi-Channel Storytelling: Ability to take a raw video, interview, or campaign brief and translate it into engaging, channel-specific copy for emails, YouTube, social media, and blogs.
* Organization & Detail: Strong attention to detail (no broken links or typos on your watch) and comfortable managing content calendars, briefs, and performance tracking using Excel/Google Sheets.
* Tech Stack Familiarity: Experience with tools like Google Workspace,, Notion, or WordPress is a plus.
* Drive: A proactive attitude with basic marketing judgment, an interest in the travel industry, and the ability to take true ownership of recurring content tasks. xjrgpwk
Salary Range: RAL 23.000 euro - 25.000 euro
