We combine entrepreneurial agility with cutting-edge technological expertise.CS GROUP is a leading provider of operational systems and an important and trusted long-term partner for space and defence organisations.At CS GROUP, we are driven by innovation and we value our most important asset: our people.Job DescriptionAs part of the team at our customers site, they are seekingan EMC Engineer with relevant expertise in EMC Design, Control, and Verification, preferably within the Space sector with the following responsibilities :Lead and autonomously perform all activities related to ensuring Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) at system, sub-system, and equipment levelsDesign, analyze, simulate, and evaluate EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) aspects throughout the spacecraft lifecycleDefine and assess mitigation strategies and methodologies for EMC/ESD effects from early design phases through integration, testing, and launchApply a foundational understanding of spacecraft charging effects induced by the space environmentSystem, sub-system, and equipment specificationsEMC/ESD control plansTest planning and proceduresTest reports and technical analysesPerform EMC troubleshooting in laboratory environments, supporting pre‑compliance and compliance testingConduct and support testing activities in accordance with ECSS and/or MIL standardsSupport AIT/AIV activities, with particular emphasis on EMC testingAssess and validate the adequacy of EMC test setups during integration and verification phasesQualificationsYou will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:University degree from a recognised Institution of secondary studies or equivalent qualification with relevant experience;At least 3years of experience on the requested disciplineExperience with EMC System level analysis focused on system level requirements and specifications (equipment design, unit testing, launcher site compatibility, EGSE, etc.)Experience with EMC analyses either for conducted or radiated EMI casesCapability to draft and evaluate documentation pertaining to EMC verification tests at equipment, subsystem and system levelFull autonomy in using Instrumentation for Electrical and EMC testing (e.g.
frequency and time domain, emission and susceptibility tests)Familiarity with Space Standards (e.g.
