Role Description
As a part of the JD team, you will acquire the skills necessary to ensure the best possible service to our customers.
Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Assist customers throughout the sales process, from selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met; provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining sales standards; verify stock levels, replacing items as needed to ensure a full range of sizes is available.
Requirements
* Preferably some experience in customer-facing activities outside of retail.
* Excellent communication and customer management skills.
