Overview As a Mechanical Field Service Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our global customers on-site. You will be responsible for leading activities, people and HSE compliance to a high standard. Responsibilities Providing technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality. Overseeing, overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of Centrifugal Compressor products at customer sites. Leading in customer and contractor meetings to share and update action plans and to advise on technical solutions. Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards. Qualifications / Requirements Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment. Experience in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar). Strong customer service orientation and experience guiding customers through decisions. Ability to communicate complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding. Well-versed in Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and risk awareness. Motivated self-starter with the ability to make key decisions and develop innovative solutions. Proficiency in English. Be available to travel globally up to 70% of the time. EU passport or European work permit.
