Job summary: Albelissa is looking for a Digitalization Project Manager to lead technical analysis and support solutions for our multinational client's products and services on their websites. The role involves performance monitoring across digital channels and close collaboration with the QA Lead, scrum master, and development team.
Responsibilities
• Lead technical analysis and support solutions for our multinational client's products and services on their websites.
• Responsible for leading performance monitoring of each digital channel.
• Work closely with the QA Lead and the development team scrum master.
• Optimize website and third-party integrations.
• Perform root cause analysis and risk assessment/management.
Qualifications
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years experience in optimizing Web and mobile technologies.
• Agile processes experience.
• Knowledge of web architectures and web monitoring technologies.
• Google Analytics knowledge.
• Project management experience.
• English fluency.
• Italian fluency.
• Italy work permit holder.
Required Skills
Computer Science degree or equivalent; 5+ years experience in web technology optimization and project management; Agile; English & Italian fluency; Italy work permit holder.
