We operates our own subsidiaries in 25 countries - Festool is looking for the Italian Subsidiary for a Customer Service Consultant to work in the Italian subsidiary situated in Assago (MI). The selected resource, will deal with customer service issues operational CRM activities and coordination of internal processes. Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries using different communication channels providing customers with product and service information - Manage order flow from order acquisition to order entry in compliance with agreed trade terms identifying and escalating priority issues - Manage and solve customer complaints, as well as giving support in solving After Sales issues. - Close follow-up on pending complaints requests, in order to get complete and accurate answers in a timely manner. - Manage the relation and correspondence with Head Quarter in English language on a daily basis. - Constant update of the CRM - Salesforce - database maintaining the system in order to keep it up to date. - Draft of periodic relevant data reports and Monitor and optimize operational performance KPIs - Take part in Customer Experience projects and/or meetings (abroad when requested). - Follow up on customer requests and queries according standard operating procedure Background - High School Diploma or University Degree - Excellent knowledge of Sales Force and SAP - Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and its main features - Fluent in English language, both written and spoken. - Strong communication skills - Previous experience in a customer service support role (1-3 years) - High team spirit and proactive approach What we offer - Possibility to work for a strong rooted international company in continuous growth, committed to producing high standardproducts which considers diversity and ecological sustainability as focal element for its future development.
