Join to apply for the Sales Graduate Programme @Marsh role at Marsh Marsh is seeking talents to join its Corporate team through the Sales Graduate Programme. Marsh, a global leader in insurance intermediation and risk consulting, has approximately 45,000 colleagues worldwide, providing advisory services to individuals and companies of all sizes in over 130 countries. Marsh is part of Marsh McLennan, a leading professional services firm in risk, strategy, and people. This role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office per week. The Sales Graduate Programme targets recent graduates interested in starting a career in insurance intermediation and strategic risk consulting. It combines classroom technical training with on-the-job learning, supported by a Tutor, Buddy, and Mentor, along with active collaboration with senior specialists throughout the professional growth journey. Your responsibilities will include: Developing new business by analyzing the territory, conducting market research, and making cold calls to potential clients to develop sales proposals; Building and maintaining client relationships, serving as the primary contact for daily needs; Understanding and supporting the changing conditions of the insurance market and risk management; Ensuring compliance with company protocols and local regulations; Supporting colleagues with client risk exposure assessments and strategic insurance solutions. Through the graduate program, you will have the opportunity to: Engage in personal and professional growth combining theoretical learning with practical on-the-job training, guided by a Tutor, Buddy, and Mentor; Learn about Marsh's organizational structure through an induction program with senior leaders; Progress into a career with initial six-month internship leading to a permanent position under an apprenticeship contract. Requirements: Graduates or current students in Economics, Law, Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, or related fields; Proficiency in English (B2) and Italian (C1); Good command of Microsoft Office tools and other IT skills; Interest and curiosity about the insurance and risk sector.
