The Sales Graduate Programme targets recent graduates interested in starting a career in insurance intermediation and strategic risk consulting. It combines classroom technical training with on-the-job learning, supported by a Tutor, Buddy, and Mentor, along with active collaboration with senior specialists throughout the professional growth journey. Your responsibilities will include: Developing new business by analyzing the territory, conducting market research, and making cold calls to potential clients to develop sales proposals; Building and maintaining client relationships, serving as the primary contact for daily needs; Understanding and supporting the changing conditions of the insurance market and risk management; Ensuring compliance with company protocols and local regulations; Supporting colleagues with client risk exposure assessments and strategic insurance solutions. Through the graduate program, you will have the opportunity to: Engage in personal and professional growth combining theoretical learning with practical on-the-job training, guided by a Tutor, Buddy, and Mentor; Learn about Marsh's organizational structure through an induction program with senior leaders; Progress into a career with initial six-month internship leading to a permanent position under an apprenticeship contract. Requirements: Graduates or current students in Economics, Law, Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, or related fields; Proficiency in English (B2) and Italian (C1); Good command of Microsoft Office tools and other IT skills; Interest and curiosity about the insurance and risk sector.
