Founded in Rome and part of the Kering group, Brioni designs and crafts in the spirit of slow luxury, a value for the planet and people that unites the craftsmen and communities behind the House We are currently seeking a Junior Demand & Distribution Planner who will report to the WW Demand & Distribution Planning Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan. - Your opportunity_ Within the team, the Junior Demand & Distribution Planner will monitor the status of the production deliveries and shipment distribution on a daily basis. He/She operates to ensure the correct replenishment of seasonal and permanent products in the directly operated stores and prepares all related reports and analyses to monitor the overall flow. - How you will contribute_ - _ Support the daily stock allocation processes - interacting with production teams, customer service and logistics_ - _ Ensure the on-time delivery and availability of goods in the overall distribution chain, from the central warehouse to stores in line with strategic requirements (in-store dates, warehouse/ transport/store capacities)_ - _ Prepare weekly and periodical reports on production advancement and delivery status detecting potential issues and proactively act_ - _ Define forecast about the shipping volumes at multiple levels (central and local WW warehouses) recommending adjustments when needed_ - _ Use and maintain the Planning software; analyze the output and ensure the overall reliability_ - _ Support and facilitate the optimization of already existing processes and tools_ - _ In charge of the data analysis related to logistics, monitoring weekly/monthly KPIs and support to develop action plans and recommendations for improvement_ - _ Support the team in all activities related to the demand planning process_ - Who you are_ - _ Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or similar is preferred_ - _ Attitude to work on different tech systems, curious to understand processes and data_ - _ Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills; attention to detail and passion for numbers_ - _ Ability to work with a consistent amount of data in a meaningful manner_ - _ Excellent knowledge of Excel - powerBi will be a plus_ - _ Proactivity in solving problems_ - _ Flexible, open-minded, organized and target-oriented team player_ - _ Able to manage the assigned tasks with great accuracy, set priorities and optimize time_ - _ Basic Knowledge of ERP knowledge (Stealth) is highly appreciated_ - Why work with us?_ This is a fabulous opportunity to join the Brioni adventure and to actively contribute to the development of the business by becoming part of a thriving House in a global Luxury Group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
