In this role, you will contribute to key security initiatives that support the Group’s digital transformation, ensuring secure access to critical assets, compliance with regulatory requirements, and a strong security-by-design posture across all environments. /p h3What you can expect from us /h3 h3Identity Governance (IGA) /h3 ul liDesign and implement Identity Governance solutions across the entire identity lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver). /li liDefine and maintain role models (RBAC) and manage periodic access review campaigns. /li liOversee automated provisioning and reconciliation across multiple target systems. /li liImplement and enhance password management processes and self-service capabilities. /li /ul h3Access Management Authentication /h3 ul liContribute to the design and implementation of enterprise access management solutions, including SSO, MFA, biometric authentication, and federation (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC). /li liEnsure secure integration of customer/employee applications through modern authentication patterns. /li /ul h3Privileged Access Management (PAM) /h3 ul liImplement and manage solutions for secure administration of privileged accounts across critical infrastructures. /li liSupport continuous improvement of PAM controls, credential vaulting, session monitoring, and just-in-time access. /li /ul h3Cloud IAM Architecture /h3 ul liDesign secure, high-performing cloud architectures leveraging services such as Application Gateway, API Management, Service Bus, Redis, Azure SQL. /li liImplement and manage IAM solutions across multi-cloud environments (Microsoft Entra ID, Google Cloud Platform, AWS IAM). /li liApply CIEM principles to ensure least privilege in cloud ecosystems. /li /ul h3Automation Development /h3 ul liContribute to automation initiatives leveraging scripting and development skills (Java, Python, PowerShell, Bash). /li liSupport integration projects across APIs, Web Services, and modern application architectures. /li /ul h3Key Success Indicators /h3 ul liImproved automation and reduction of manual provisioning. /li liIncreased adoption of secure authentication mechanisms. /li liStrengthened protection of privileged access. /li liSuccessful delivery of IAM projects. /li /ul h3What we expect from you /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years experience in IAM projects. /li liExperience with cloud identity platforms including Microsoft Entra ID and Google Cloud IAM. /li liProven experience designing cloud architectures using Azure services. /li liStrong knowledge of PAM solutions (CyberArk, One Identity, Delinea). /li liSolid programming and scripting capabilities. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liKnowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible). /li liExperience with LDAP directories and OS environments. /li liKnowledge of relational databases. /li liExperience with ETL technologies. /li liUnderstanding of Web/Application Servers. /li liBackground in Application Security and API protection. /li liExperience with API Gateway and API Management platforms. /li liUnderstanding of modern Digital Identity frameworks. /li /ul h3Our offer to you /h3 p#UnlockYourPotential - People are our greatest asset, thanks to their diverse experiences, skills and perspectives.
