We are now recruiting for a new Senior Manager Logistics Control Tower (LCT) to join our incredible Logistics team! This role can be based in Krakow, Poland; Bologna, Italy; or Antwerp, Belgium.



Your purpose –



You will drive the global and regional blueprint for our 4PL transportation ecosystem. In this role, you will shape strategy, design global standards, and empower regional teams to deliver high‑performing, data‑driven, digitally enabled transportation operations.



By translating business strategies into effective 4PL solutions through collaboration with IT, Product Owners, regional transport teams, continuous improvement experts, and other supply chain stakeholders you will build world‑class LCT capabilities that enhance service, simplify execution, and create tangible business value.



Your ‘day to day’ –



Lead the Global LCT Blueprint

* Design and continuously improve the global LCT operating model across all logistics channels (B2B, DTC).
* Assess regional requirements and ensure alignment with global standards while simultaneously guiding regional deployments.



Drive LCT Strategy, Performance, and Best Practices

* Support the definition of the LCT strategy across logistics and supply chain segments.
* Own LCT process definitions aligned with business strategy.
* Implement KPI scorecards, performance tracking (OLA/SLA), and continuous improvement frameworks.
* Promote adoption of lean methodologies and best practices across the network.



Boost Transportation Productivity

* Identify and drive global productivity and CI initiatives while supporting regional actions and execution.
* Provide data and insights to Procurement, Network Design, and Cross‑functional teams.
* Identify and implement opportunities across AI/automation, sustainability and cost efficiencies.



Translate Cost‑to‑Serve Requirements into System & Process Design

* Define tariff structures and TMS requirements.
* Shape interface, transactional, and BI data requirements.
* Recommend additional visibility and digital capabilities.



Enable People & Team Development

* Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement across logistics teams.
* Coach and develop indirect teams through clear goals, skill development, and exposure opportunities.
* Celebrate success and build high‑engagement teams.



Who we’re looking for -

* University degree (Master’s preferred) in STEM, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
* 10+ years’ experience in LCT models (4PL, visibility platforms, carrier collaboration) and/or logistics transformation.
* Proven track record in lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
* Strong understanding of Transport Management Systems (TMS), visibility tools, and reporting.
* Demonstrated ability to translate complex logistics flows into clear business priorities.
