- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing social care services to individuals and families in need, including:
- Accompanying service users in the completion of bureaucratic administrative procedures;
- Providing information, communication, advice on social issues, orientation and accompaniment related to available services and interventions within the territorial area, district health services and regional ones;
- Creating personalized projects and supporting administrative practices especially concerning management of non-autonomous support interventions;
- Affording emergency intervention service for any kind of socio-emotional necessity.
