This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance related to security, aviation, and ports and borders across processes, products, and documentation. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor national and international regulatory updates und understand differences. (ECAC, ENAC, STAC, ASN, TSA, etc) /li liProcess owner of certification for all products for the Southern Europe Africa market /li liCoordinate the implementation of new regulations within company processes. /li liCollaborate with Legal, Quality, Production, and RD departments to ensure compliance. /li liDraft and update regulatory documentation. /li liSupport internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews. /li liManage relationships with regulatory authorities and certification bodies. /li liProvide internal reporting on regulatory and compliance topics for the Southern Europe Africa market /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Professional Skills /h3 ul liIn-depth knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA, EMA, REACH, etc.). /li liExperience in managing regulatory documentation. /li liStrong ability to analyze and interpret legal and regulatory texts. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office and regulatory management software. /li liFluent in English, French, Italian (written and spoken). /li liSpanish is a plus. /li liAbout 5 years experiences industrial sector in international context /li liTechnical skills to understand IT, SW, and difference between technical solutions based on our portfolio. /li liAble to understand customers requirements on regulation and propose the most appropriate solution /li /ul h3Personal Skills /h3 ul liAttention to detail : essential for regulatory analysis. /li liOrganizational skills : to manage deadlines and complex documentation. /li liEffective communication : to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. /li liProblem-solving mindset : to proactively address regulatory challenges. /li liTeamwork : to collaborate across departments. /li liEthics and integrity : to uphold compliance and company values. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liDegree in Law, Political Science, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related fields. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liCertifications in regulatory affairs or compliance. /li liExperience in international or multinational environments. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pWe offer... /p pJoin us and we will help you build your career, with excellent training and opportunities for professional growth throughout the company, both locally and globally.
