SDA Bocconi's programs are built on rigorous and original research activities, offering MBAs, Specialized Master, and Executive Master programs, as well as open and custom executive education.We are looking for anADMISSIONS PROFESSIONALfor our SDA Bocconi Guidance, Recritment & Admissions Office.The overall goal is running the rigorous selection and admissions processes for the Master Programs offered by SDA Bocconi, guaranteeing candidates a professional yet welcoming touchpoint while managing all steps and procedures in an effective, punctual and precise way.The person will be in charge of:Managing the selection process (procedures+interviews) for the entrusted MastersCarrying administrative admissions activitiesSupporting orientation activitiesDealing with candidates and companiesActively cooperating with Masters Directors for all matters involved with the admissions of candidatesBeing the interface with all internal stakeholders for all matters involved with the admissions to the entrusted MastersProducing analysis and reports on admissions activities and suggesting innovation

And more specifically:Interviewing candidates and evaluating candidates' profile;Verifying and evaluating documentation and prerequisites for Master candidates; operational support in organizing and conducting the selection; operational activities linked to final assessments and communicating the outcomes to candidates; enrollment assistance;Running administrative admissions activities;Managing student registration, waivers and reimbursements; handling economic stimulus packages (exemptions, scholarships and loans);Contributing to orientation activities (in synergy with and support to the Recruiting Team);Supporting the Recruiting Team in providing information to prospects
RequirementsDegree;At least 6⁄8 years of prior experience, in the field of selection and recruiting ; preferably at a university, administering students/alumni/faculty services; international exposure and/or prior experience at a research institute or HR recruitment/consulting company;Familiarity with the dynamics of the work world and professional careers (acquired through consulting, orientation, recruiting activity in a business organization or service company);Knowledge of work methods for consulting and an ability to understand the needs of stakeholders;International experience studying/working/living abroad (at least one year);Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work both independently and in a team;Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly-expanding environment;Flexible, positive attitude and a youthful mindset;Excellent English and Italian.
