Join us and you'll be part of sustainable company.ResponsibilitiesLead the team in charge of production scheduling, warehouse, raw materials and finished goods dispatching.Supervise the work of all your team members, in order to meet the agreed customer delivery date (OTIF) in the most effective and optimal way.Ensure that the budget targets (KPI) for logistics are being met.Maintain pro‐active relationship within the various plant departments.Qualifications and RequirementsYou have at least 7 year experience in a Logistics role in a manufacturing environment.Working experience in using ERP systems (preferentially SAP).Demonstrated experience of structuring and leading teams in Planning, Logistics and Demand management.You must be familiar with S&OP; and S&OE; concepts, be able to work under pressure and build plans to achieve Inventory, OTIF and production optimization targets.Robust knowledge of logistics activities connected with production, materials planning, continuous improvement tools, problem‐solving and decision‐making skills.Mandatory high level in MS Excel and preferential experience in SAP IBP.Strong leadership and team working skills; ability to drive change through others.Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.Fluent in Italian and in English. xlwpduy Equal Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer, and we strictly prohibit and do not tolerate discrimination against employees, applicants or any other covered persons because of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, marital status, gender identity or expression, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any legally protected characteristic.#J-18808-Ljbffr
