Right now, we are looking for some outstanding Service Technicians to join our expanding team. - Frozen Brothers is committed to being an equal opportunity employer_ The Role As part of our service team, you will be responsible for giving our customers the very best technical and customer service experience every time. This will involve visiting a wide range of premises in Milano, Verona, Venezia, Bolonia, Torino and Genova carrying out a detailed technical and quality health checks, preventative maintenance, diagnose and fix faults and complete installs and offer training. Also, getting in touch with our customers in Italy to understand their needs and diagnose the faults to help them fix it and categorize it within some parameters to be able to provide a solution. Star Service You will gain more experience as you progress, when we think that you are capable, you will manage other service technicians in Italy and will help them fix the machines in their areas. Our team are at the cutting edge of the industry and market leaders in brands, video display point of sale and product innovation and dispense. We will offer you a training and induction week in Italy then continue your training with other technicians in the field until you are happy to take steps on your own and maintain your own area and plan your own day. Experience: Whilst Electrical Engineering experience is preferred many other areas of dispense and service can be beneficial so please talk to us even if you don’t have any previous technical experience in our industry but if you do this will help in your development. We can and will develop these practical skills with you. It’s your customer service skills, determination to succeed and deliver a great customer experience with a positive can do attitude that we want. Safety Safety will be your number one priority, and you will actively contribute to our zero accident culture through leading by example and ensuring you deliver high standards of cleanliness and reliability when on our customer’s premises. Uniform is provided and cleanliness and tidiness are prerequisites for a good technician Additional knowlegde IT plays a big part in the role, so some IT experience is beneficial. Driving Licence with a ‘good’ driving history is a requirement Geography Work is planned in and around your area although we may ask you to be adaptable or work away if other areas require help in unusual circumstances.
