We are looking for a dynamic and open-minded person who will be
based in our office in Perugia

. His/her role will be to work closely with our concierge team, assisting with the organization of all sorts of extra services for our high-end clients during their holidays.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
The candidate must have skills in writing and speaking in perfect English. Ideally, the candidate will be socially confident, open-minded, assertive, positive, creative, flexible, and a self-starter with the ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment, able to keep even the most stressful situations under control. In addition, precision, proactivity, and a touch of innovation are required.
SKILLS REQUIRED

superb communication and writing skills in both Italian and English
- friendly and professional manner in person, over the phone, and by email
- availability to offer continued assistance during the guests' stay
- good organizational skills and attention to detail
- good computer knowledge
- flexibility and availability to travel, owner of a car
- good problem solver
- experience in tourism and customer care of upscale clients is a plus
