Role Context:
As a Regional Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Senior Regional Digital Marketing Manager and be part of the Global Performance Marketing team. You will collaborate closely with local markets and the HQ marketing team to implement impactful marketing strategies tailored to your assigned market
You will implement effective paid digital advertising campaigns to attract qualified prospects across platforms like Facebook and Google.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
* Campaign Strategy: Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies for EMEA, region, collaborating with country managers and local marketing teams.
* Digital Campaign Execution: Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns, adhering to global processes and budgets. Design A/B tests to optimize results and track leads and revenue generated.
* Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, A/B tests, and revenue. Contribute to developing global digital marketing best practices and compile analytics reports.
What skills and experience are required?
* 1+ years of experience in executing social media strategies and paid advertising campaigns.
* Familiarity with platforms like META, Google Search/Performance Max, Microsoft, YouTube, and LinkedIn
* Excellent communication skills and experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
* Proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot or similar tools preferred.
