As Senior Vice President, Learning & Development at KONE, you will shape the enterprise learning strategy to build a future‑ready workforce and drive performance and growth. You will lead a global L&D; organization, scale AI‑powered, skills‑based learning, and embed learning into the flow of work across field, sales, and leadership roles. You will leverage data to demonstrate business impact and advance safety, methods, products, and technical capabilities. - Use data to prioritise development and demonstrate business value
- Act as a key member of the P&C; Leadership Team
- Partner with business leaders to align capabilities with strategy
- Influence enterprise workforce and capability decisions
