Job Opportunity: Service Manager Infrastructure Assurance ITAPL Network S.R.L. is seeking a Service Manager Infrastructure Assurance IT for a client operating in the Bologna area.The selected candidate will be responsible for:Managing supplier resources to ensure compliance with SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) contractual obligations.Monitoring the operation of assigned systems and ensuring quality performance by tracking tickets and scheduling maintenance activities.Coordinating and supervising the activities of the internal operational team and external providers delivering various services (Help Desk, support, etc.) in case of faults or incidents.Analyzing and prioritizing issues or needs expressed by the company.Proposing improvements to IT processes and management to meet operational objectives.Producing periodic reports on activities performed by the teams, including analysis for improvements and documentation verification for Assurance and potential recovery from the Delivery Area repository.Ensuring comprehensive, accurate, and continuously updated documentation of systems and procedures.Having knowledge of physical security systems such as video surveillance, access control, intrusion alarms, etc., including architectures, components, and operation.Familiarity with Acantho platforms: BMC Helix (for monitoring and managing tickets and supplier SLAs) and Genetec Security Center.This activity is primarily onsite but remote work options are being considered.Work schedule: Part-time 50%Contract duration: from April 15 to December 31, 2025This announcement is addressed to all genders, ages, and nationalities, in accordance with laws 903/77, 125/91, and legislative decrees 215/03 and 216/03.
